Sara was born in Moore, OK and lived there until her family moved to Orlando, FL when she was 7 years old.
Although she graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing, it wasn’t until 2006 when she stepped onto her first film set in Atlanta, GA as an extra on “We Are Marshall” that she realized acting was her true passion.

Since then she has trained in the Meisner Technique and has booked roles in short films, television, and features – most notably GREY’S ANATOMY, GENERAL HOSPITAL, TEN YEARS, and ANOTHER TIME.
While her background is in dramatic acting, Sara finds herself enjoying comedic work and pushing out of her comfort zone.
She is honored to have been a member of the Screen Actor’s Guild since 2011 and would love to perform on stage one day, as well.
Sara is very proud of her Persian heritage and has been studying Farsi for years to become more fluent.
When she’s not working, Sara is passionate about animal rights and tries to surround herself with as many dogs as she can find.
